Ingredients

• 2 thick cut (1.25 to 1.50 inches) , grass-fed ribeye steaks, 8-12 oz each
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• ​2 tablespoons farm fresh butter
